Meliora POS client activity monitoring
Meliora POS records coarse application presence and operational usage so that authorised platform administrators can determine whether organisations are adopting the service and identify technical problems. This includes pseudonymous session and device identifiers, application area, visibility state, timestamps, successful sign-ins, aggregate sales activity, and a count of client-side application errors.
This monitoring does not collect payment-card data, PINs, passwords, keystrokes, customer details, IP addresses, complete page URLs or query strings, error messages or stack traces, or detailed browser fingerprints.
The information is used only for service operation, adoption support, reliability, security and customer assistance. Detailed activity is restricted to authorised Meliora platform administrators. Presence and error information is retained only for the configured operational period; aggregate activity may be retained longer for service planning and contractual reporting.
Monitoring is designed to fail independently: inability to record activity does not prevent checkout, sales, offline operation or other business functions. Identifiers used for activity reporting are pseudonymous and tenant-scoped.
